It has been 2 years; but, we are back!
The Beauvechain Gala Ball is a regular appointment for active and former members of Beauvechain Air Base.
Just like last time, the Beauvechain Gala Ball 2025 will take place in a hangar right in the middle of the Air Base of Beauvechain. This hangar will be transformed in a magnificent decor with the theme 'Circus Of Dreams'.
The night will be accompagnied by live music during the delicious and extensive dinner followed by an exclusive dance party.

As from when can I book my tickets?
Ticket sales for the Beauvechain Gala Ball will commence at the 1st of April (no, it is not an april fool;) ).
Please note that the previous edition of the Gala Ball was a complete sold out, so we highly encourage you to secure your tickets promptly.
To ensure you and your guests can enjoy the evening together, we strongly recommend coordinating with your friends, partners, or colleagues to reserve a table for your group in advance.

A ticketing page will be launched the 1st of April, where you will be redirected to our webshop to choose your desired ticket type and quantity, and complete your purchase at checkout.

Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included in your ticket and will be free of charge.

Can I cancel my booking?
Once the payment for the tickets is completed, your booking will be considered as final, and refunds will no longer be available.

VIP guests will receive a personal invitation via mail to attend the event.
