Ticket sales for the Beauvechain Gala Ball will commence at the 1st of April (no, it is not an april fool;) ).

Please note that the previous edition of the Gala Ball was a complete sold out, so we highly encourage you to secure your tickets promptly.

To ensure you and your guests can enjoy the evening together, we strongly recommend coordinating with your friends, partners, or colleagues to reserve a table for your group in advance.

Tickets for the Beauvechain Gala Ball 2025 will be available exclusively through our website. 

A ticketing page will be launched the 1st of April, where you will be redirected to our webshop to choose your desired ticket type and quantity, and complete your purchase at checkout.

Please note that no tickets will be sold at the entrance. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the pre-sale.

Dinner & Dance + VIP:

• 19hr00: start reception
• 20hr30 - 22hr30: seated gala dinner
• +- 22hr30 - 04hr00: dance event
• 04hr00: end

Dance Only:

• 22hr30: start dance event
•  04hr00: End

Open bar: all night long

Dress code for the entire event:

Gentlemen:
- Smoking/tuxedo/formal costume
- Mil: spencer/gala or ceremonial dress (tenue '2B')

Ladies:
- Ball or evening gown
- Mil: spencer/gala or ceremonial dress (tenue '2B')

Yes, parking is included in your ticket and will be free of charge.
More info will follow via mail after purchasing your ticket.

Please follow the instructions of the parking stewards at all times.

VIP-parking will be available upon presentation of the the VIP Parking Card.

Once the payment for the tickets is completed, your booking will be considered as final, and refunds will no longer be available.
However, please let us know as soon as possible if you are no longer available to attend the Gala Ball.

VIP guests will receive a personal invitation via mail to attend the event. 
It is not possible to buy VIP tickets without a personal invitation.
